StillScroll Support

StillScroll pauses the apps you choose until you take one short practice — a breath, a meditation, or a few yoga poses. If something isn't working as expected, here's how to fix it — and how to reach me.

Delete your data

You can remove your data at any time, two ways:

permanently removes your sessions, unlocks, and account data on the device.

deletion. This removes any anonymous record held on our services as well.

What gets deleted: your anonymous account id, practice history, saved app selection, and any analytics or crash diagnostics tied to that id. Deletion completes within 30 days across all services. StillScroll is anonymous by default — there is no name or email on file unless you provided one.

Frequently asked

"I granted permission but the apps aren't getting paused."

authorization. Force-quit the app (swipe up) and reopen. Still stuck? Settings → Screen Time → confirm StillScroll is allowed.

apps" permission to stay on. If apps stop pausing, reopen StillScroll and re-grant them when prompted.

"An app I picked doesn't pause."

StillScroll only acts on the apps you explicitly choose. Some system apps (Phone, Messages, Settings) can't be paused — that's an OS restriction, not StillScroll's choice.

"How do I unlock an app for longer?"

A short practice earns a few minutes; a longer practice earns more. Run another practice to extend your time.

"Does StillScroll see what I do inside my apps?"

No. StillScroll only ever knows which of your chosen apps is opening, so it can present the pause — never the content inside them. See the privacy policy for the full detail.

"I forgot which apps I selected."

Open StillScroll → home → tap the app icons row to re-open the picker.
